Deciumus has spent most of his life as a member of the guild, and is considered one of the, if not the, greatest playwright currently alive and righting.
Deciumus dresses in the noble garb of many kingdoms and empires, not just the noble garb of Carcino. He can often be seen traveling the Akadēmos District, where both the guild and non-guild affiliated entertainers gather.
