Andy

The Paperboy

Andy "The Paperboy" is Vincenzo DiLuzzio 's eyes, ears, and occasionally, mouthpiece in Hadrianum.  Andy is well-connected and seems to know all the goings on around the docks, marketplace, and slums within the city.
Andy often acts as Vincenzo's go-between for illicit activities, and has an eye for finding new "associates" (or rubes) for Vincenzo's illicit schemes.  Vincenzo views Andy as a nephew, and makes sure that he is protected.
Andy originally recruited the party to move some mysterious packages to the Dwarven Alliance, and most recently helped smuggle the party out of the city on the Stugatz.
