Bonesaw

A muscled, highly tattooed Gnomish enforcer who runs the docks in Nikea. He oversees the longshoremen and runs Nikea's chapter of The Nine Fingers Gang.
Bonesaw's operation specializes in the smuggling of Nikean contraband, particularly items linked to necromancy. Even in a city as liberal as Nikea, the practice of necromancy is tightly controlled and unregulated Serasian magical items are extremely illegal.
Bonesaw has developed a reputation for a quick temper and extreme violence. He also is extremely protective of the people living in Nikea's slums, and hates the magocracy which runs Nikea for routinely ignoring the needs of its poorest and non-magical residents.
After attacking the Scions and disappearing when his warehouse exploded, Bonesaw turned up again at the Temple of Krom. He revealed to the Scions that he had been mind-controlled by the Arch Magus into attacking them, but he was actually in their debt for ridding the docks of Orren Wren. He offered them a kindness: walk away, so he could blow up the temple and teach a lesson to Krom's goons and the rich people of the city.
The Scions chose to bribe him instead, giving him 10,000gp to walk away. Bonesaw took the gold and handed the detonator to the Scions. After the Scions frantically attempted to disarm the detonator, Bonesaw appeared one last time to have a laugh at their expense, and let them know he deactivated the bomb when he handed them the detonator.
With that, Bonesaw disappeared once more, most likely in search of Sawtooth, his beloved short sword.
