Danathar

Eladrin ruins underneath present-day Nikea. The ruins suggest a once great civilization, but sentient bioluminescent plants and strong magical distortions suggest the city is slowly returning to the fey realm.
A death tyrant, Xanthalos, has been spotted in the ruins. Now that he is free of servitude from Theodosius Nomikos there is concern he may start to plot and scheme against Nikea and its inhabitants.
