Ra'zik

Ra'zik is the current leader of the terrorist organization New Dawn. He is the younger brother of Ra'zon.
Ra'zik joined New Dawn alongside his brother Ra'zon early on in the organization's history. While Ra'zon grew disillusioned with the group as it became more and more radicalized, Ra'zik fully embraced its violent new direction. He eventually became the group's second-in-command beneath Ricgard Ciendric. Ra'zik began to grow suspicious of Ricgard after he began speaking of a mysterious benefactor, and started changing the group's motives. When Ciendric was taken into custody by Draven Gnash, Ra'zik did little to free him and instead allowed him to be executed. Now the leader of New Dawn, Ra'zik hired a group of passing adventurers to help get to the bottom of who Ciendric's benefactor was. While the party discovered that Prior Confessio was the person pulling New Dawn's strings, they did not pass this information along to Ra'zik before leaving Roselawn. 
While Ra'zik has shown himself to be quite cruel and ruthless, he does appear to possess some form of moral code. In conversation with Lethe, he admitted that he would be perfectly happy to assassinate Queen Harriet, but not if it meant he was serving the will of another manipulative lord. While certainly seeming to be a dangerous adversary and cultivating a rough demeanor, he remained cordial with the party for as long as they were in business together. He has also shown himself to be rather resourceful in such manners as utilizing black market magical items to disguise his appearance, securing a large trove of unrefined arcaltium for New Dawn, and working alongside the Black Rose Crew.
Ra'zik speaks with a pronounced stutter.
