Salt Plain Nalkarn have spent a significant portion of their lives in the salt deserts of the Lower Realm, thereby adapting to that particular environment.

Biological Traits

This variety of Nalkarn is set apart from their fellows by the tough, clear membrane that protects their eyes from the dust whipped up by the strong winds that regularly sweep across the salt deserts. This membrane slides over their eyeballs when necessary and retracts under their normal eyelids when it’s not needed.
