Jeff Kelp, Sire of the Sea
Kelp is a minor (or Lesser) sea god who has some sway over sea creatures in the ocean between the three continents. Very little is know about him. Occasionally he is worshiped by warlocks, such as Smallback Smallington the Smalled , or other beings looking to gain additional magics.
The wondrous artifact Wave - The Trident of Power was made either in defiance or deference to Kelp. He was the original wielder of Wave.
On 21 Badaswan in 731 CE. Jeff Kelp is befriended by Coral, the Curious Rock Gnome . She gifts him a clay crab. He was upset that all the local fish had unexpectedly left him for a strange Adventurer named Dodge . In return for this kind gift, Kelp named the curious rock gnome his Queen-in-waiting and heir apparent to his powers and godhood. Should something tragic happen to Kelp, during her lifetime.
