Innos's Crown of Protection

This relic is a very powerful magic item said to have been created by Innos himself.
It is said the wearer of this crown gains nigh invincibility from both physical harm as well as magical damage.
The crown is made of entirely out of a single shaped ruby and looks almost like flames frozen in place.
