This relic is a very powerful magic item said to have been created by Innos himself.
This object looks like a silver goblet of average size and is always full of clean and fresh water.
When tipped on its side or upside down it doesn't spill a single drop, the only way one can remove liquid from it is by drinking out of it or using a container of some kind to scoop water out of it. It is currently kept safe in the Monastery of Saint Udar.
