Sanctuary of Gladiators

In a forest clearing in The Northern Forest, ancient pillars stand around the pit, a few have been knocked over.
Statues of arena fighters are also standing near the overgrown pit. The statues depict Human men wearing nothing but a loincloth and wielding weapons of various types. They are striking triumphant poses.
The pit has a stone block floor.
A set of stairs lead down into the pit. The pit measures about 25 square metres across.

Nearby is a small stone building leading down into a huge crypt that houses the bones of hundreds of ancient warriors and their weapons. The crypt had a gate installed several years ago to keep people from grave robbing this ancient resting place and to give these ancient warriors the peace they deserve.

A white stone was used for the stairs, block floor of the pit and the statues.
