When Nordgard and Samun clashed.

Shortly after the Elves fled into Sermaleran and over the sea to Aranviel, Nordgard claimed the old lands of the Elves and went to work re-establishing the broken cities. During this time, they were raided by clans of Samun. Over a period of reforming the infrastructure, the leader of Nordgard sent word to his army to attack Samun. They stormed and took Noch Ran and met at a standstill as Samun fought back ruthlessly.   As they fought, Sermaleran attacked and laid claim to Harkun, Kaudar, and Noch Bral.   The leader of Samun, Khasar of Vishtar, requested an audience with the king of Sermaleran, Luka Petri. The king accepted, the audience and visited the chieftan of Samun. He requested his people not be killed and in return, he would swear fealty to Sermaleran. The king accepted and moved to fight Nordgard in the First War of Ferda.
