Aethercross

Aethercross, often used interchangeably with the Aethercross Court Wizard's Academy, is a city situated on the land bridge between Auvia and Aethra. It is home to the largest arcane academy in the known world, which provides court wizards and magical services throughout the continent. The school and the city are both managed by the Wizard's Guild, which is lead by the nine Archwizards presiding over the school. The current Headmaster and Elector Count of Aethercross is Jinziro Vilidaad.
Aethercross also presides over the two magically-carved canals (the Sunrise Canal and the Sunset Canal) that connect the Sea of Stars to the Misty Sea in the south. These canals are instrumental in connecting eastern ports like Fortuna City , Robinsburg, and Mothertide with major southern and western ports such as Beastport, Ilangabi, and Old Rialto. This makes Aethercross one of the most (if not the most) important trading hubs on the continent.
