Contact with Lassek

On the first night at Khori's home, Maliss managed to get in contact with her brother, Lassek. He informed her that the city was on lockdown as the high council of Rieyama are suspecting an attack from the neighbouring country of Bahram.

Ivathar Veness and Sarenoth Veness had been dispatched with soldiers to patrol the borders of Rieyama, and the espionage guild has dispersed to track and report back on any sighted armed forces from Bahram.   Meanwhile, Lassek also confirmed the story in which Gukjun had told. He was in fact a reformed Exarch for the fiend god Sseth, intending to unite peacefully the displaced peoples brought to the prime material plane during the astral conflicts.
