After speaking with shady fellow at the Eagle and Steed I realized i over stepped my station. Note to self, Just because I have certain knowledge does not mean I should freely use it. Luckily my new companions did not come to any harm. Mr. X, Cause he never shared his name and it probably better if we dont know it, struck a deal with us. find out if one Lord Brak Moris was still gambling at the silver cloud casino and they would tell us what they knew about the singing bandit and forgive me for my transgression or we could bring him in and get the info and the forgiveness with the 200GP bounty. I probably should of told my crew more of what was happening but at the time i thought their ignorance may protect them. We made our way to the Silver Cloud casino and watched to see if I'd catch sight of this Lord Moris. through out the night we Gambled Drank and watched the owner network the casino floor. As my hopes of catching this guy started to wane the owner came out and went into another room. Just when i was about ready to give up the owner actually came a spoke with me asking me many questions i remained calm and gained a possible future job. As he went to return to the high stakes room i saw some blood on his hand and when he entered I noticed an unmoving body in there. Panic instantly hit I tried to gather everyone up and get them outside. Rufus asked me through his mind link if there was a dead body in there and all i could do was nod. in an instant he was at the door to the high stakes room pleading to let him in to help. After many minutes of denying there were any issues he came back outside where we went to a dark alley to discus what we thought was going on. to my surprise a well off male headed out of the casino and towards the alley. with some convincing fake vomitting and me hidden down the alleyway we were able to apprehend Lord Moris. (luckily Rufus and Meg were quick to react) carrying his sleeping ass back to the Eagle and Steed we were able to get the information, eanr my forgiveness, and collect the bounty! getting the information we needed we took it back to Maggie and told her everything we knew getting another 100 GP for finishing this task we decided to head south to try and catch up to Andrea Nightheart, the singing scoundrel.
The Mighty Stag (Where adventures begin)
The tavern was busy awaiting the group of entertainers that Maggie the innkeeper had booked for the evening. The crowd was excited and eager to enjoy a night of merriment and music. I sat off to the side taking in all the different patrons but noticed three that seemed new to the town. A portly Halfling, emerald Dragonborn, and a fit elven maiden. odd seeing new faces in town...... maybe I should watch them, they could be running from town to town trying to avoid capture. I haven't heard of any new bounties out but it never hurts to be alert. As the tavern fills up and the band arrive the musicians begin to play. The soft soothing music is almost hypnotic, in fact it seems that some of the patrons are dosing off, except me and two of the others I was watching. Noticing this I start looking around and see the two halflings from the band rummaging through the sleeping patrons. Oddly the Heavy set Halfing calls them out and they end the song and retreat. Watching them leave I take note of the burly Human, beautiful long haired elf , and two female halfings. My mind start spinning wondering if this "performance" was sanctioned by the A.S. or are some roving band of cutpurses expanding into unwelcomed waters. As the other patrons start waking up our plot thickens when some of the customers fail to wake up. things start to heat up so I decide to offer my services to Maggie. Help clear the name of her fine establishment and maybe make some quick gold in the process. I go speak with Maggie and get her to agree to 100 Gold pieces to bring down this troublesome group of musical miscreants. Seeing the three strangers I witnessed when I arrived start to band together I insinuate to Maggie that we're a group of adventurers and enlist them to help me bring these choral cutpurses to justice.....
After some brief introductions I lead our group Eagle and Steed Tavern, a place that I.ve had to deliver some messages about bounties to The A.S.
