Session 4 Report
General Summary
The companions awaken in the the city of Y'emori at the start of a new day. While they explore the city they meet a Firbolg who is asking for help in eliminating an un-natural over population of wolves. Agreeing to discuss things further with him, they leave the city. Once outside of the confining walls of the city, the firbolg, who introduces himself as Nessa, tells the companions of the presence of a barghest who was gaining control of the various packs of wolves around the western edge of the Tandallin Mountains. He also warns of the presence of a couple of dire wolves and something he calls the "wither" as well.
Once they agree to help, Nessa conjures an air elemental who briskly takes the companions within a day's march of the troubled area. After camping over night, the companions make their way into the woods and after facing a few roaming patrols of wolves, encounter the barghest. During the fight, the barghest produces a black smoky echo of itself that also attacks the group. The companions finally defeat the smoky image and the barghest, but afterwards hears an eerie voice that mutters "You'll pay for this..."
