Deep Speech

Deep Speech is the language of aberrations, an alien form of communication originating in the Far Realm. It is rarely spoken by humanoids and an incredibly difficult language to understand and transcribe, using near-incomprehensible phonology and speech patterns.

Writing System

Deep speech has no known alphabet. On some rare occasions, drow, who have frequent contact with aberrations in the Underdark, have attempted to transcribe the language using Elvish's Espruar script.
