Karak Baravor
Situated east of the Dwarven Capital of Karanvil, Karak Baravor was until recently, home to many of the greatest mages and researchers of the Stonefangs. With the fall of the Eastern Citadel and the incursion of the voracious Troggs, many Dwarves have relocated to the city. Those that have stayed on the Frontlines fight to repel the invaders with the goal of driving them from their halls and reclaiming what has been lost.
Demographics
Predominantly Dwarven, though smaller groups of Drakkar and Gnomes have found themselves drawn here. Several Mages who wish to study magic outside of the watchful eye of the Justicars have also taken up residence in the Crystallium.
Government
Karak Baravor is the Hold of Larrik Stoutaxe who oversees the Grumbling of the town. Runemaster Beoric Pyros also resides in the Crystallium of late and is the authority on anything arcane.
Defences
A Garrison of 100 Dwarven Warriors and several Runecasters are stationed here under Runeemaster Pyros to hold back the Troggs.
Industry & Trade
Crystalshaping and Jewelcrafting are the Hold's main exports.
Guilds and Factions
The Shapers Conclave is a guild of Jewecrafters who have great weight in local matters.
Natural Resources
Many veins of precious stones and metals.
