Uppercropolis

The Drow city known as the Undercropolis was divided into two sections by the Rock Gnomes who moved into the area after the Momento froze the previous inhabitants in time. The Undercropolis is the area now inhabited by the Rock Gnome and the Uppercropolis is the remainder of the city which other creatures have claimed and which are considered underdark wilds. - from the journals of Old Jass
