Autarch Calvin Rezahn

Formerly a general in the Vi'Saan military, Rezahn held on to power after the Dusk War by being the only Ascendancy unit with still-functioning weapons. He learned of Prince Adrian's death early on, and quickly reowrganized the Seventh Army into a new independent nation, the Septarmic Autarchy. They fought against demilitarization throughout the post-war decades, and still maintain a sizable army, ready to bring glory back to the Vi'Saan when the time is right.
