League of Hakara

A collection of small polities and military bases previously controlled by the Vi'Saan Ascendancy. After the Dusk War, these now independent nations came together in an agreement of economic and military cooperation. Though the states that make up the league are independent, they are held together by a shared pro-Judari Empire ideology among the rulers, and a prophecy that a great leader would return them to those glory days.
