Septarmic Autarchy

In the last days of the Dusk War, the Vi'Saan Seventh Army held a swathe of territory in the western and central regions of Abn'Tuzz against Judari Loyalists, Union auxiliaries, and even Harrison Armory. With supplies dwindling, army command broke out older weapons... which ended up being exactly what was needed. When Harrison's betrayal came down on the Vi'Saan, the Seventh Army's weapons still functioned, and they were able to hold on to much of their territory. When the Ascendancy fell, the army reconfigured into an independent state, with General Rezahn as it's Autarch.
