Doctor Feargál Ó Rodagh, Dr. (a.k.a. Wolfgang)

Feargal is a Malkavian psychiatrist and occult researcher. Among the supernatural community, his persona is that of Dr. Wolfgang, a Kindred therapist. Outside of his medical services, he is also a highly trained researcher and occultist, but this detail is kept quiet. With his mortal connections, supernatural affiliates and extensive occult knowledge, Feargal lays claim to an extensive information network, extending across Baltimore, all the way to Washington D.C. and the Pentagon. Meanwhile, he is the adoptive Sire for Leon, attempting to teach the younger Vampire independence as well as helping resolve Leon's past trauma.
Feargal serves as the reluctant Whip of Fell's Point, serving under Seneschal Corinthia Banner after proving himself too efficient an information gatherer. Feargal detests possessing official position, title or fame among supernatural society. He has made it very clear to the Seneschal that any further elevation, and Feargal will abandon the city entirely. He is fiercely protective of his independence, but has run into trouble with Pentex, after he undermined their medical subsidiary's position in Baltimore.
He also has since garnered the attention of the Second Inquisition and Technocracy after discovering his support for a podcast which was being promoted as a means of reinforcing the Masquerade. After confronting Dr. Raymond of the Technocracy, Feargal has become a spy working undercover for the Second Inquisition. He carefully makes use of his position to avoid the Inquisition's aggression, while directing the Inquisition away from allies and towards enemies.
Meanwhile, he continues to develop his position within the city. Johns Hopkins Hospital now forms one of three shining locations within the city that is free from Banes. It has been warded by the Mages Martin and Salem, and stone golems stand eternal watch all throughout the area. It is further kept secure with ample security guards and a crack team of IT Security experts. Feargal hopes that it will continue to remain as the shining beacon of light in Baltimore against the dark.
Meanwhile, he maintains a good working relationship with the Sept of High Garden, particularly with the Uktena Elder Guider-Of-Souls and the Gurahl Virgil. He also oversees the Orphan Mage Hypnos Society which have their meetings in a private section of John Hopkins Hospital, headed by Salem.
His public identity is that of Dr. David Hamilton, a psychiatrist working at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Recently, he lead the charge among the medical community to introduce Universal Healthcare to the city, and did so successfully. His department also managed to gather 1.2 billion US dollars to fund Universal Healthcare after the local city government was going to reduce funding for the project. Now, Baltimore's Universal Healthcare is guaranteed for the next few years. Now sitting on the board of administrators managing Universal Healthcare for Baltimore.
Privately, Feargal also owns a company called the Triquesta. This company owns several smaller international companies, supplying legal, information technology, manufacturing, and medical services across the globe. Most recently they have set up in Baltimore, serving as a means to further Wolfgang's work through a strong mortal base. He even employs Kindred, and forms cooperative arrangements, mortal, kindred and even with other supernaturals. He currently employs the Mage, Salem Machiavelli, and the Tzimisce, Dr. Aria Lopei, as employees. Salem provides security services for the hospital, as well as cooperates with Feargal for their mutual interests. Dr. Aria Lopei developed Synthetic blood, which is now provided across the city.

History

Feargal adopted Leon from Leon's Sire, Corneliu, at the request from a mutual associate called Luke. Since then, Feargal and Leon have travelled together across North America. Feargal works to bring Leon's education level up to a minimum to survive independently from his eventual release from accounting. However, Leon has imprinted hard upon Feargal, intensely jealous and possessive of his adoptive Sire, who he considers something less of a Sire, and more as a father. Meanwhile, Feargal remains privately, distant from Leon - Afraid of the emotional pain of getting overly attached to Leon beyond a professional teacher-student relationship. This difference in outlook has already been a point of contention between the two, and is bound to be again.

Ethan is fond of the doctor, seeing him as a good egg amongst the sea of Kindred who have nothing better to do than make everyone around them suffer.
