Son of Dmitri, Burgomaster of Krezk. Ilya is an inherited Lycanthrope who believed that he could control his first transformation. After tricking his mother Anna Krezkov into improperly locking the restraints, Ilya lost control of his hybrid form and went on a rampage. Ilya fled the village shortly after killing two other villagers and his sister Alana Krezkov by smashing her head in.
After discovering what he had done, Ilya became depressed and developed a hatred for his Lycanthrope nature. According to Ezmerelda d'Avenir, because Ilya is now rejecting his werewolf nature he will be unable to control his actions whenever he transforms during a full moon and would need to be properly restrained each month.
