You met Vasili outside St. Andral's Orphanage speaking with Milivoj the Gravedigger.
He informed you of a missing Vistana girl later identified as Arabelle. During that conversation he claimed that Arabelle snuck into the city underneath the cart delivering wine from the Wizard of the Wine's winery.
According to Danika, however, the winery has been late for a few weeks now. Additionally, Arabelle stated that she snuck into the city through a hole in the town wall.
