Lake Alistair

History

As the capital of Moraulden, Lake Alistair is also the largest colonial city by far. Under King Alerik, the serfs have gained economic independence from other realms; exploiting the fishing industry of the lake as well as massive stands of timber as the city carves it's way ever deeper into the dark forest of Aerelith.

Geography

Lake Alistair is built on the east bank of the lake it is named for; at the mouth of a river which runs into the "Haunted Wood" just past the outskirts of the city.
