Install the smuggler's banner. 
Roland is being followed during last minute trips. 
Kobold Juggernaut arrives in Feon, taking over the Nean Docks. 
Later evening, harmonica's and late night music. 
Many are arrested and jailed, a grand ruse. 
Chatulkik will be executed the next morning. 
The early morning break out happens before the signal. 
Other prisoners seem to join the crew, and fleet. 

Meanwhile Roland meets with Lady Messi and a posey of King's Men and some of her own.
