"What, aside from my unmatched charm and charisma? Well, I guess it'd have to be the pink hair, right? Dunno what caused that to be honest, but it's been this way since my powers developed. I have to wear a wig in my day-to-day life to keep it from revealing my secrets."

"You wanna know about my powers, don't you? Why didn't you just ask! Well, I'm primarily a telepath. I can read and interact with people's minds. Great at parties, but it's a little annoying when you can't turn it off easily. I had to learn some meditation techniques for that one. Alongside this, I've also got a bunch of telekinetic powers that let me move things with my mind, make solid psychic constructs, and even fly! It's how I get all those great arial shots for my Instagram!"

"Oh boy, wouldn't you like to know?
Hee hee, I kid. Seriously. I'm not that interesting, really. Just a girl doing my best to be the best hero I can be. I first decided to suit up and fight crime when I was about sixteen. I'd just gotten out of school (don't ask me which one!) and was really just looking for something to do with my days. I'd discovered my powers a few years before and wanted to use them for the benefit of everyone! It was about that time that costumed heroes began popping up all over the city!
I quickly fell in love with it. All the colours and the drama. I couldn't wait to slip into the skin-tight spandex for myself! So I did. I started small. Just stopping a few corner shop robberies here and there, not difficult to deal with when you can just tell the robbers to surrender without a fuss, but that was all before I came across my first actual supervillain.
Seemed like a fairly simple job, a bank robbery by some nutjob, but when I got there, it was just some woman in a long dress. Called herself Gorgon. She had the bank staff clucking and dancing like chickens. Turns out she had some sort of magical eyes that made people do what she says. Luckily, I was able to counter the effect and soon she was in handcuffs. She was so mad that they ended up carting her off to the loony bin. I still visit her sometimes.
A short while after that, the Bathala City superhero scene really started to take off and I found myself invited to join the first ever super team, the Vigil. Clearly ol' Blue knew that no team could function without a beating heart full of compassion and love. I took him up on his offer straight away and we've been keeping the city safe ever since! Not bad for just some city girl, eh?"

"What motivates me? That is a tough one!
I'll admit it. At first I was in it solely for the thrill and excitement of it all. It really is true what they say; with great power comes great times! But no-one's perfect, not even me, and soon enough I learned that there really was more to the superhero thing than the adrenaline rush.
I think it was the first time I threw up a force field to protect a family from a collapsing building that I saw what I'd been missing. The looks on their faces when we emerged from that wreckage just warmed my heart, and that's when I decided that not one more person would get hurt under my watch. That's what's most important to me. Keeping people safe."
Likes & Dislikes
"What is this, my dating profile? Am I supposed to say I like piña coladas and getting caught in the rain? I kid, of course. I much prefer a rum and coke.
In all seriousness, I like rock music, ice cream, my kitties (OMG they're so cute!), and heroing! I especially like the hero costumes. I swear, if my civilian life wasn't so hectic I'd just become a superhero costume designer full time! Oh! Did I mention my fans? I like you guys too!
As for dislikes, let's see. Supervillains, obviously, but I also can't stand being bored! I swear, I must be ADHD or something because I cannot sit still for ten minutes without something to do! Also mushrooms. Blegh!"

Well, not to toot my own horn or anything, but I'm quite the talker (if you hadn't already noticed) and I always know just how to make people fell better about themselves. I'm also pretty darned smart. Maybe not up there with Cryogen, but I definitely hold my own. Oh! And I can dance! Like, really dance. "Oooooh here we go! Let me introduce you to my beloved feline companions! The first is a fluffy white and orange cat named Buttercup. She's the queen of snuggles and loves to curl up in my lap while I read or watch movies (can't beat a good romcom!). Buttercup is also a bit of a diva and will only eat her favourite brand of cat food. But we forgive her because she's so cute!
The second is a sleek black and grey cat named Shadow. He's a bit more independent than Buttercup, but still loves to play and be around us. Shadow is really adventurous and often brings me "gifts" of mice and birds he's caught outside. I don't love the presents, but I appreciate his hunting skills! Together, Buttercup and Shadow make my life so much better with their unique personalities and endless entertainment.
