The Sand Man was a pathetic supervillain who used a gas spray to put people to sleep while he robbed them. Despite his lack of any real superpowers or abilities, he fancied himself a formidable foe, donning a cheap brown suit and a mask that covered half his face. He spent his days skulking around in the shadows, waiting for unsuspecting victims to cross his path so he could rob them of their valuables.
Unfortunately for the Sand Man, his pathetic criminal career came to an abrupt end when he encountered Mercy, a vampire "superhero" with a barely contained bloodlust. The Sand Man had been unlucky enough to be working on a night when Mercy was on the prowl and, after a brief scuffle, sank his fangs into the Sand Man's neck, draining him of his blood and leaving him lifeless on the ground.
Despite his ignominious end, the Sand Man will forever be remembered as a pitiful supervillain who was no match for the likes of Mercy. His legacy serves as a cautionary tale to other would-be criminals who might be foolish enough to try their luck against the vampire "superhero."
