Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Given his divergent mindset and capabilities, Hugh is far more comfortable in his own skin than his progenitor, and as such has even gone some way to improving himself through diet and exercise, making his true form a little stronger and healthier as well. He doesn't mind staying in his true form when not requiring a disguise and makes no attempts to hide who he is.
Special abilities
Hugh has the same powers as his progenitor; The Crowd, however due to being a duplicate himself, they are slightly weaker and he has a harder time controlling his duplicates. As such, he often prefers to avoid using them, lest they turn rogue as well. Furthermore, as a duplicate, should the original Hubert die, it is believed that he too will die not long after as is the way with most of the duplicate chains.

Personal history
In his youth, Hubert Anders created two very special duplicates to serve as his only friends; the Second Brother and the Other. The longer that each duplicate spent detached from their progenitor, the more they diverged, with the Second brother growing a greater level of emotional intelligence and maturity. When the Crowd eventually took his rage out on the city, the Second Brother allied himself with the Vigil, providing them insight on how their powers worked and helping to defeat him.
