. According to legend, the clan was founded during the Sylven Era when the Conians began to first penetrate the interior of Psaracon for the first time. Vulpos tradition states that their founder was a man named Roin "the Red," who was known for leading his scouting parties while wearing a the head of a fox. After establishing the clan and its ringfort, Clan Vulpos grew to become one of the most powerful clans on the island, and during the reign of Rax Vano I "the Shrewd," the Clan became second of four Raxes that Psaracon has ever had in its history. However, after the advent of Chirani's Landing, the clan has been reduced to a shadow of its former self. The clan now only controls their traditional territory, and has lost access to their ports that they once heavily coveted.

Traits

Members of Clan Vulpos are known to distinct light brown eyes, reminiscent of a fox's. Their hair is typically black, although on some occasions, Vulposi children can come out with red hair, and on rare occasions, red-black hair. Vulposi family members tend to be very wiry, and are shorter on average compared to other Psarconi clans. It is also a part of Vulposi tradition to train their children to tread the forest silently and to be skilled hunters.
