Evamark

Evamark was once a town in the southeastern Barrow Hills, near the border with the Riverwild. The name means "Elf market" in old Skald, and based on the town's name, the road leading towards Duinam'ruun and some conversations with ghosts in the nearby elven settlement, elves were one of the primary customers for the merchants here, once upon a time.
Beyond that, though, there's little that can be determined about the town's history, as it has been destroyed almost down to the foundations. Signs of erosion and breakage on the stones of the ruins indicate that much of the destruction took place within the last decade, and that the likely culprits were the undead that roam through the surrounding countryside.
Now the ruins are home to wandering herds of Aurochs and Kozo, and the predators (living and undead) that hunt them.
Judging by the number and size of foundations, it was likely home to somewhere around 1000 souls, though anything more exact will be difficult to determine due to the state of the ruins.
