Campo Orta
The current leader of the Valentinos is currently in prison on a RICO conviction that linked him to extortion rackets. He's currently scheduled for release in 2081. This doesn't prevent him from coordinating the gang's activity, however, and he has several ways to get information both in and out of prison. If anything, his detention means he has more guards to keep him safe.
Campo joined the Valentinos back when it was a poser gang for trying to romance women. He was also a key part of the shift to the current outlook of the gang as more serious, deadly, and protective. As he himself started a family, he also came to view the gang as one and demanded that members protect the family above everything else. Those who didn't like this attitude found themselves facing a growing number of much more dangerous bandidos who offered them to leage the gang on their own or in a coffin.
While he's a ruthless man, Campo Orta isn't cruel. This led to the mutual respects between him and Sebastian Ibarra, also known as the Padre. When Padre left the gang, Orta ordered people to let him be. And Ibarra never interferred with gang business unless it was made his business.
