If you're looking for a fixer in Heywood, the Padre is the one you really want. But he's also very picky about what contracts he picks, claiming that he's guided by God. More likely, he's guided by his careful non-interference with gangs, avoiding any risk to himself, and a very complex set of ethics. Whatever the outcome of those considerations, he'll find a bible verse that sounds like it justifies his take.
Padre carries a great deal of respect in his part of the city. Since he's an expert at convincing every gang that he's looking out for them, lifting a finger against Padre is the same as an attack on all of Heywood. Padre doesn't need to be violent. There is no shortage of people who will be violent on his behalf. Add a keen eye for who to take under his wing and he might have the best access to loyal solos in Night City.
