Clément Zabo
Clémont was born and raised in Pacifica, as revealed by the local dialect combined with Haitian creole. Any interaction he's had outside this environment has likely been via the NET. That's not to say he's bad at in-person interaction. He knows how to dress well and give a very proper impression despite otherwise seeming very street-level gang member. It's hard to tell which one of these is the true one and which is cultivated to make an impression. Maybe it doesn't matter.
Recently, Clément was put in charge of an operation that involved Atlas Kane and his connections. After a raid at Below Deck to find out where to locate Kane and the information, he recruited some ranyon outsiders. That group managed an attack at Wired Head that killed Kane. But they were onto Clément's plans to take the group out and he had to cut a deal to get the servers he wanted.
It remains to be seen if Clément and the Voodoo Boys will respect this deal long term...
