This aquatic themed club in Japan Town is a known hangout for Tyger Claws. They don't openly run the club, but they certainly have a stake in it.
Purpose / Function
The interior is mostly lit by through the various aquariums throughout the club. This means that there are plenty of places for shady business dealings to go on undisturbed. The various forms of fish also require a lot of maintenance, which means the backstage areas are quite extensive, providing ample room for those who need to lay low for a while.
