Üllemic: Et'ei-Imrazú Eimpfiq'elia /ɛːtʼaiːʔɪmraːzuː aiːmp̪͡fɪqʼɛːlɪaː/
Eimpfiq'elía is a dwarven republic in the eastern Qug Mountains in central Jælondis, bordered by the sacred Ta'amk Lake to the west and the countries of Pfiþós-E'ehir to the southwest, Eraft'oll to the south, and the region of Ójom to the east. Its capital is the city of Toz Qü'u to the south, and the current president is P'am Karateillaz-Dwepe.
The country is one of the oldest republics of the highland dwarves, and while not quite as significant internationally as its rival T'üllma to the southwest, Eimpfiq'elía has long influenced the culture and politics of neighbouring countries both in the Qug Mountains as well as among the lowland dwarves of Ójom to the east.

Religion
As in many highland dwarven countries, religion plays an important role in the daily lives of Pfiqelans, most of whom adhere to a conservative branch of dwarven polytheism centered on the sun goddess Itú. Unlike in countries such as T'üllma, direct communication to the goddess and associated deities is only in the hands of the president and the heads of certain temples and monasteries, who pray on the people's behalf during certain festivals each year.
This custom is a holdover from the time Eimpfiq'elía was a monarchy.

Infrastructure
Eimpfiq'elía is divided into four provinces, each associated with a site sacred to the goddess Itú and named after her aspects. These provinces are:
Eillt'itúza /aiʎtʼɪthuːzaː/ to the southeast.
Itúpop Naq'ú /ɪːtʼuphɔːh naːqʼuː/ to the southwest.
T'omitú /tʼɔːmɪthuː/ to the south, where the capital is located.
Itú Ünnúrak /ɪːthuː ynːuːɾaːkh/ to the north and west.
