Jekralonic
Jekralonic: Jekralopóx /jɛːkhralɔphouːks/
Berekric/Númric: Jekralipó /jɛːkhralɪphouː/
Jekralonic is native tongue of the Jekrals, who once ruled the country Jekralon and now only the rump state that remains on the eastern Maralon Steppe, the majority of whom have since migrated to the country of Hynra or the Southlands after the Fell Wars. The language is closely related to Hynric spoken to the northeast, and while it doesn't have as many speakers as the latter, the writing system has become widely adopted among other human ethnic groups.

Writing System
Jekralonic is written using a syllabary consisting of one hundred and forty three letters, many of which were added to accommodate sounds found in other human languages as its use spread throughout southwestern Jælondis and certain countries in the Southlands. This version is regarded as the standard one, and nowadays the use of the traditional jekralonic syllabary is mostly in use by older jekrals, particularly for poetry, monuments and as a liturgical script.
