Teleyk Islands
East Coastal Velipic: Teleyk /thɛːleiːkh/
Kmúþic: Telikía /thɛːlɪːkhija/
The Teleyk Islands is an archipelago consisting of eleven small islands and several islets in the Þargolid Sea southwest of the continent of Jælondis. The butterfly-like Fairies are native to the islands, where they -much like Cyclopes- lived isolated from the rest of Borgalor until jælondic explorers made first contact in 551 BF, and still remain the only permanently settled sapient species on the islands despite early attempt by Humans and Elves to colonize them.
The archipelago is divided several countries, the most powerful of which is Úvate on Velipíl to the south.

Geography
The four largest of the Teleyk Islands are Íveyl to the southwest, Atit to the west, Velipíl to the south and Núlalíl at the heart of the region.
Fauna & Flora
The archipelago is home to various species of trees and flowers, some of which are found in most of the region, such as birch and palm trees, while others are endemic to specific islands or even individual settlements, maintained by the local fairies to support the bee population, which in turn provides them with fruits and berries. The Teleyk Islands lack any native mammals, instead the ecosystem is dominated by birds, some of which have lost the ability to fly, and invertebrates such as bees, beetles and butterflies.
