Oclista (O-clist-a)

Oclista is the major sea port for Udrana. Taking most of the shipments to help spread them to the ever-spreading residents of Udrana while the rest head farther up the river to the capital.
Many newcomers to Udrana end up making Oclista home at least for a little bit before moving on.
