High Magister Johann Lockwood

Johann Lockwood is the current High Magister of Kijitsu Gakuen, a title won by his grandfather in a magic duel to the death against the then-high Magister Lorilla 'Sparklegem' Scheppen, whose family had held the title of High Magister since the times of The Alyssian Empire. Today, the Lockwoods are known for having a strong magical bloodline, giving them few competitors for the crown and thus ultimate rule. Johann has but one child, a daughter known for lacking proper control of her powers. It is however not recommended to mention this inside the city, as anyone who slanders her will be forced into exile at the pain of death.

Appearance

High Magister Lockwood is a short, pudgy man who has been bald since an accident in his teens - even the most advanced magic has only been able to restore a portion of his hair. He wears elaborate robes showing off his station and wealth at all oppurtunities.
