Prince Bethad Sildred
Prince Bethad is the son of King Duncan Sildred the ruler of Castium. Bethad unlike his father who is a weak battlefield commander, is a very strong and strategic commander on the battlefield. However being so young he has had less experience than other generals in Castium. Bethad has shown this aptitude since he was very young and was even said to have been able to defeat his father and several Castium generals in chess.
Its often rumored that Bethad is a product of incest between his father and his aunt, a claim he denies based on the relationship he had with his mother Isabel Vilreb the first wife of King Duncan. However his bright green eyes which are similar to that of his aunt's make the rumors continue.
