Tucked away in the forests of the Stormsbay region, The prosperous village of Storm's End lies beneath the shadows of it's namesake surrounded by a field of grapevines which in turn are encased within the canopies of the sparse forest, Far removed from the hustle and bustle of the more working class cities that share the region's space.

Demographics

Home to a small but tight knight community of villagers who have made their worth known to the Lord of Stormsbay whose lives revolve around the rhythms of casual living, Most of which enjoy the luxuries away from the smell of fish and rock fruit spices. Solely inhabited by human families have lived here for generations most who work are employed as farmers tending to the grapevines that are used in the fermentation of the iconic Stormsbay collection; A group of wines well renowned within the realms.

Government

The governance of Storm's End falls squarely under the purview of the Lord of Storm's Bay who's bloodline has long held the title and their ancestral manor that looms large over the village below. While the lord rareley intervense in the day-to-day affairs of the village, His presence is known as the representatives and messengers from other cities including that of Rainegate itself is often seen to be in constant communication with the manor.

Economy

Despite it's small size, It boasts a well maintained infrastructure and economy. The village center is anchored by a marketplace where all types of vocations flourish under near limitless supply of resources from the cities that neighbour the region, Local bakeries and butchers, Tailors and cobblers, Many such facilities are located within the center allowing residents to a plethora of conveniences that one would have to scour cities to find in their winding roads.
Surrounding the marketplace is a row of simple cottages as well as a couple taverns, Their thatched roofs providing shelter from the usual rain that can be found within the region. A network of cobbled roads connect the village together seamed in an intricate well-laid out plan by some noble architect employed by the first lord of Stormsbay.
The greatest asset of Storm's End however is it's fertile farmland that provides a great source of wealth for both it's residents and those of the surrounding region, Vineyards surround the outer fields of the village, Workers toiling away and maintaining the their livelihoods to create the single most well renowned wines in the realms, Something many people would pay a hefty price to acquire as merchants pass through the village on their way to bigger markets.

A simple place of simple pleasures and timeless traditions where the changing of the seasons is marked by the cycles of plant and harvest, Which are maintained by the well payed denizens under the charge of the Lord of Stormsbay. It's close knit community where neighbours look out for one another is a shining example of what other villages even the major cities long to achieve.
