Blackburn Wildflowers
The Wildflowers is a guild of monster hunters and mercenaries based out of the Blackburn Dominion. Their renown has quickly grown over the last four decades as the guild has claimed several impressive trophies to display, not least of all the first trophy brought back to Blackburn by their founder Diana Rosewood after she had led a smaller mercenary company to assist in the defense of the region that would be known for nearly half a century as Dracia during the Devils Purge in Harental, an ancient dragon's head now a skull that acts as her seat in the Wildflower headquarters.
Public Agenda
The overall goal of the Wildflowers revolves around wealth and fame. Most of their work goes to those who offer the most compensation, making them often working for nobles, lords, and leaders of cities and nations.
They are hunters of monsters, working often on contracts they receive from cities in various lands that have been sent to them as incentive. Those contracts that aren't taken by the members are often placed for freelancer adventurers and mercenaries. The fact that they are indorsed by the Wildflowers grant them a portion of the reward and ensure that they reach a wider audience if they fail to take it themselves.
In working for nobles, there are some less tasteful ways in which the Wildflowers operate for some people. Nobles who wish for exotic trophies themselves or live exotic pets often call on the expertise of the Wildflowers to capture and deliver these creatures. For these reasons, the Wildflowers have made the enemy of a number of druids and rangers for the express reason that they find these operations distasteful.
There are also rumors of the Wildflowers working underground markets for supplies and creatures with black markets and the inhabitants of Orakore, but they have only been proven to be rumors and has swayed few away from their services.

Assets
The guild has become increasingly wealthy over its time active through most of the lands surrounding the Maelstrom Sea. Outside of a sizable amount of gold, platinum and other treasures, the guild holds a great many trophies, rare materials, weapon and armor smiths, and quickly excelling technological equipment.
In addition, the leader of the guild has pushed for deals with their clients that grant them land and titles in many lands, buildings, houses and manors, ships - one of which she has taken for her own -, and resources to allow them to act almost independently.
