High Elves are the subspecie of the Velari who decided to journey out and leave their homelands behind, they stayed true to the Velari's technological standpoints but wanted to leave the solitude behind.

the High elves just as their parent race age to around 30 where from they only begin to age once they hit the 200 mark, high elves can live to around the 450 mark but some have lived longer.
