General Physical Condition

A handsome silver fox with medium length brown hair, strong, brown eyes and a glorious handlebar moustache.

Apparel & Accessories

He sports a black top hat, and what used to be a fancy, red and black longcoat, which has been visibly worn long beyond its prime, but lovingly repaired many times over.

Personal history

Once a destitute orphan that lived on the streets, Philonius started the carnival by gathering a few like-minded individuals some forty years ago, and steadily grew it to great success and scale over the decades, through kindness, skill and dedication. However, because Philonius loves his carnies dearly and spends most of the earnings on keeping them fed and taken care of, the Carnival never actually makes that much income, and is always only just making ends meet.
Recently, after having paid back his debt to the terrifying loanshark and crimeboss Nightfang, and after his carnies saved the city of Clerwood from it’s cruel Duke Taron Lowmore, the carnival is, at least for now, quite wealthy.
