Fluke

No proprietor is immediately visible within The Invincible Unicorn, but a top-hat sits on one of the tables a note pinned to the side reads "Place on head if removed."
Fluke is a mannequin animated by a magical top hat. He was brought to life by a wish spell, though he does not know who the caster was or anything else about the spell. If the hat is removed from the mannequin body he ceases to animate, in a similar fashion to frosty the snowman. Fluke has previous had problem with children removing his top which is why there is now a note pinned to the side with instructions on how to reanimate him. 
Fluke is the proprietor of the Invincible Unicorn and an artificer by trade. Fluke, by his own accounts, cannot: see, hear, smell, or bleed as his body is made of wood. Myra offered to draw him some eyes but he declined but thought the gesture was nice.

Fluke is a friend of Etch who runs Etch R Sketch in Nightgate.
