While Vitraxine has been around for millennia, the worry about broken vitraxine items only picked up steam after Taisun was created and took over the primary source of vitraxine. The increase in availability also led into a system of overuse. They developed this society in 1106 and they have locations throughout the continent of Taisunia. After the loss of Taisun in 1242, the offices fell back to relying on the local government and donations for support with various levels of success.
The society created a new headquarters in the Moralands around 1264 in the hopes of finding some way to focus efforts on investigating the mine explosion. They were also the ones to announce the potential of innate wizards in 1271 but with no official backing after the destruction of Taisun, this is not fully accepted as truth though the information has spread through rumor leading to various exaggerations and fear in those less informed.
