Ublaria is a young nation, only 700 years old. It used to be a colony under Casmyr. It broke free when Casmyr was tied up in war with Hobgoblins. There are no bad blood between the 2 nations, but sometimes Ublaria is referred to as "The Colony" as a joke. It has the biggest fleet in the known world.

Ancestries in Ublaria: Most ancestries are welcome in Ublaria. You are judged by your actions, not who your ancestors were. Here, everyone is treated mostly the same, and everyone gets a flintlock shot to the face if they tresspass. Here, the only thing people really value, is silver.
Even if gnomes are welcome, on paper, there is still alot of superstition sorrounding them.
