The King is Dead! Long live the king...but who??
The kingdom spends alot of time rebuilding and times are tough.
During this time there were minor skirmishes with the orc and hobgoblins, and internal struggle, but nothing major. The land had a time of relative peace.
Straylor attack Casmyr trying to take advantage of its divided nature.
Centuries after the war both nations suffer greatly. Many historical records become lost during this time.

Because of political maneuvering and back stabbing, Casmyr enters a new civil war over who has the biggest stick, or "divine madate" that gives them the right to rule...
After the second civil war, where The Spalding family was dethroned and The Huxley family took over, it was decided to let reason rule. Arcane research was funded, and Casmyr became a magical powerhouse...Unfortunately, the mages became paranoid and didn't want to share knowledge. In the final decades before it all collapsed, the archmages waged a secret war against each other...
There were plenty of infighting between the mages. The Sorcerer Supreme at the time, the gnome arch mage Atosh Grimfire, took advantage of the situation and had the wizard guilds fight it out, and when they were weakened he tried to take control by opening a Hell Maw. Legions of devils poured through. It was known as "The Fel Incursion", where it was discovered that Grimfire was in league with Hell. Some say that he was a Fel Gnome. The war took 7 years, and Grimfire was killed by Mortus Blackhand, a powerful warrior.
Casmyr rebuild, and the reliance of magic was abandoned. The land entered a second dark age with petty kingdoms that warred with each other. The Dark Age wasn't as devastating as the last. This was more like a "Dark Age of The Mind". The Gods were abandoned in favor of "The Light". There are no historical records of when The Light was first introduced. At the end of the era, The Huxley's was back in power...
The Huxleys usher in an era of relative peace. Instead of looking for more land to conquer, The Huxleys decide to build a solid infrastructure. Magic is re-introduced, but with strict laws on how to implement it. The punishment range from the relatively minor, like fines, to ghoulish like public torture and execution.
After years of isolation, Casmyr needs, um, living space, so a push for new territories begin. They run afoul of several goblinoid races. According to Casmyr, Goblinoids are monsters and will be dealt with accordingly.
Suddenly, the dead wont stay in the ground. They return to kill the living. Nobody knows how it started, but many would bet their last copper on Necrull...But he isn't talking, so...
Taking advantage of a weakened Casmyr, TheHobgoblin Empire invades and manage to win.
For 35 years Casmyr is Hobgoblin territory, it ends in a war that lasts 5 years. The local orc tribes rise up and help Casmyr to everyones surprise..after all it's their home too. After the war the Hobgoblins are kicked out and peace is restored.
Ublaria takes advantage of a weakened Casmyr and stage a revolution for independence.
A unified hobgoblin empire tries to dominate the world. It ends when the Orcs for the second time in recorded history step in and help the rest of the world..Not because they care about what happens to the humans, elves and dwarves, but they don't want to loose their hunting grounds to a bunch of Hobgoblins...
For the first time in recorded history, the orcs and humans work together. The era ends apruptly when the human civilizations try to double cross the Orcs. The orcs react like they are used to, with armed conflict.
The Orcs are pissed. They take honor very seriously, and the betrayal by the humans set them off. They vow NEVER to trust the socalled "civilized" folks again. The unified human civilizations manage to push back the orcs.
The Concord and The Dominion fight their first full scale war. No winner is declared....
The Concord are surprised by the Hobgoblins and Orcs, and try to reason with The Dominion, but to no avail. The standard of living plummet for all nations in The Concord as most of the wealth the nations generate goes to the military.
During the third war, it looks like The Concord is going to loose, but Straylor steps in and help turn the tide of battle...The Concord is baffled...and is even more baffled when Straylor wants to join...Intense talk whether or not Straylor should join begin...
The Oakenheart summit is a gesture on the part of The Concord to end hostilities. The Hobgoblins are willing to listen...The Orcs refuse!! The meeting end with the delegates on both sides getting butchered...The Orcs said "I told you so!!"...Nobody knew who started and why, but all hopes of peace quickly vanished...
The longest and most brutal war to date. Both come out of the war weaker than before.
The damage to both faction is so great that none can afford to fight a full scale war just yet. The Concord is on the verge of crumbling as people get desperate.
Both organizations are weakened and tired of war...For now...
Riots broke out when the massacre at The Chain Islands became known. 200 were killed, many more were hurt and arrested.
Armizen Tolvaar, a very successful negotiator is hired, and is told to gather a few people to go to The Dominion and see what can be done with the current situation.
