Tidal Guild

The Tidal Guild is responsible for keeping the peace within Kytheros, and through other branches, the rest of Okeanos. Members are typically well mannered, but the occasional brute does slip in.

Structure

The Tidal Guild is structured like a police department. There is a guild master and four bureau leaders. These bureaus are: administration, patrol, investigation, and special operations.

Culture

Nearly military in structure, they tend to be overbearing in most encounters and have a reputation for intimidating local businesses and individuals that cross them.

Established by one of the original city founders, the guild has plenty of funding and are relatively conservative in investments and acquisitions.
